If you look up, you might see an Astral Pheonix streaking across the sky, a basketful of heavenly bodies in its grasp, or glimpse a Fox Spirit chasing Cosmic Hares in an endless game, the planets spinning in their wake. If you’re very lucky, you might catch sight of the Celestial Gardener herself, flying on the back of her Star Dragon to unknown stretches of the Universe, seeding new galaxies with the fruits of her harvest.

But where there is life, there is also death. When a dying sun no longer shines upon the life it once supported, the Sun Goddess mourns its loss, cupping it in the palm of her hands. But all is not lost, for death gives birth to life, and the Goddess returns the dying sun to the Starry Lake, where it blooms into a new sun that shines once again.
